Attractions in the Perth metropolitan area include the Hay & Murray Street Malls, Perth Mint, the Art Gallery of Western Australia, Western Australian Museum, Concert Hall, the Bell Tower, His Majesty’s Theatre and London Court. Close to the city centre, the eastern section of Kings Park and Botanic Garden is within easy walking distance of Perth city’s main street, St Georges Terrace.

Our properties are close to all major Perth tourist attractions, public transport and freeway arteries.

Constitution View & Henry Lawson Walk - East Perth

From Constitution View you can stroll down to the Swan River and follow it around through landscaped walks to East Perth’s vibrant cafe, restaurant and bar precinct – Claisebrook Cove. Henry Lawson Walk is even closer to this East Perth precinct which has all your shopping needs including boutiques, grocery or liquor needs and specialty shops.

The WACA ground is a short walk away as is Gloucester Park Harness Racing venue. Crown Perth Casino including public golf course can be viewed across the Swan River and the Belmont Racecourse is also located across the river – both of which can be reached via Claisebrook train station which is a 10-15 minute walk from our properties or by short car/taxi ride.

Enjoy the Yellow Cat free city precinct shuttle service which is close-by both properties and will have you in the city within 8mins.
